Troop 628 Uses Groups.IO for email distributions and has three different email groups:
All Troop 628 Members - for all scouts, scouters, and adults to communicate Troop 628 information regarding meetings, campouts, PLC Meetings, ... - all registered members of Troop 628 are eligible to join
Troop Leaders - for all registered adult leaders to communicate regarding troop activities - only registered adult leaders are eligible to join this email distribution
Troop Committee - for all troop committee members to discuss troop committee business - only committee member are eligible to join this email distribution
These email lists are moderated and you must subscribe to join. To subscribe you must do the following:
Send an email to the the Groups.IO group email address you would like to join.
You must reply to the Groups.IO email you will receive.
The email moderator will approve you.
Group Email Addresses to Join:
All Troop 628 Members- If you wish to receive and send emails regarding all Troop 628 news and information, send an email to troop628al+subscribe@groups.io
Troop Leaders - if you are a registered leader within the Troop, send an email to troop628al-adult-leaders+subscribe@groups.io to receive and send emails related to adult leadership of the Troop.
Troop Committee - if you are a member of the Troop 628 Committee, send an email to troop628al-committee+subscribe@groups.io to receive and send emails related to troop committee activities.
All Troop 628 Members- send an email to troop628al+unsubscribe@groups.io
